PhD research project name: Co-designing a nurse-led model of care to increase access to medication abortion and long-acting reversible contraception in rural and regional general practice
Jess completed a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne in 2019 specialising in gender and global health and holds a BSc (Food and Nutrition). She worked as a Policy Officer for family violence workforce development for the Victorian Department of Education and Training and in client services at MSI Australia before joining SPHERE in 2020. While at SPHERE, Jess has been involved with the ORIENT Trial and research aiming to improve access to essential sexual and reproductive health services including for abortion, contraception and interconception care.
