Catherine Bateman
Cath Bateman is a Nurse Practitioner Candidate with an educational background that includes a Master of Public Health, Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Promotion) and is now completing the Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) at Federation University. Of particular pride is Cath’s training and use of bedside ultrasound in her practice. As a Registered Nurse, Cath works alongside general practitioners and other health professionals to assess, plan, explain and deliver high quality sexual and reproductive health care for community members in Latrobe and Baw Baw and from across Victoria. Cath represents sexual health nurses on the Australian Sexual Health and HIV Nurses Association executive committee and represents the Victorian SRH hubs on the Victorian Abortion and Contraception Working Group.
