Emma Xiang has worked in primary health care with a special interest in women’s reproductive and sexual health for almost eight years. She also holds a Master's degree in primary care. From 2018 to 2022, Emma worked as a Practice Nurse in two different General Practices where she delivered standard PN care as well as sexual health and women's health care, including STI screening, Implanon assessment and procedure, and other contraception and reproductive-related services. Emma is currently working at both Family Planning Australia and Sydney Sexual Health Centre. She lives with her husband and their lovely dog in Sydney. They are expecting their first child in early 2023. When she isn’t spending time with her family or at work, you will find Emma in her favourite Pilates class.
