
Dr Edwina Dorney
University of Sydney, New South Wales
Edwina completed her PhD at The University of Sydney and is currently working as Medical Advisor at the Centre for Population Health, NSW Ministry of Health. Edwina’s clinical background is in women’s health and public health and her PhD focused on enhancing the understanding and delivery of preconception health and care at the population level. She has received an Australian Government National Women’s Health Strategy Scheme Grant for her research and is a recipient of the Albert S McKern Research Scholarship from Sydney University. Edwina’s research combines her passions of sexual, reproductive, and public health.
